This one came up on my feed today, not much there in terms of arranging but nice simple overview of how to build up an idea using samples with a 16 bar loop. This is typically how I start and build out all of my tracks, although I tend to work mostly in midi to create everything from scratch and then bounce out to audio for arranging.
