@samuraitracks This is probably my favorite production video of all time. So much useful information here, well worth a full watch. But specifically, check out what he says starting at 7:24 when he talks about keeping things simple. Also check out what he says at 23:25 regarding mixing, so counterintuitive to what we're used to hearing about eq and mixing but if you've ever heard MJ Cole's work its so incredibly well produced and still sounds fantastic decades later.
