Forgot to mention, those are pretty basic videos, I'm pretty sure you know all that stuff already. I'll see if I can find a few more that go more into chord progressions / melody. If not, I'll make a new one for you- J

@numaphlex Bro if someone asked me to create a real chord progression on the fly I wouldn't know where to start. I know basics, if that, but you really don't need much. I can show you some tricks I use to help me but believe me, its not complicated at all for what we're doing. I was trying to find a few tutorials I made for a friend to help him get started, but theyre not very detailed: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ALv7FQd9r8vP1hvASCp8YjmHpTdelpzO/view?usp=drive_link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xWWfYhrfwWrsI-61nzG-86aWZQS86VAX/view?usp=drive_link Probably not that useful, but I'll see if I can find better ones and we can talk more about it in the next meeting. Talk soon!

@numaphlex yes my man, lets get this next release out! Btw, just had a chance to listen to the youtube links you shared, theres some jems in there. I'm vibing hard on that DJ Paypal You Got Me joint, thats fucking NIIICCEE... also that Khadija Al Hanafi YYOOUU track, fantastic Man, after we get the EP released, we should work on something together in this style. I'm not familiar with it the way I am with other genres but would love to take a stab at it. Love the vibe.

These are the two producers I was telling you about.  Modal is a friend of mine and he just released this album.... probably some of the best autonomic dnb released in years. Its beautiful all the way through and the engineering on it is fantastic: https://modal-drumandbass.bandcamp.com/album/where-light-never-ends-2 The other guy I mentioned is Quartz, he's a regular Metalheadz producer, I dont know him personally but Modal does. Fantastic producer and audio engineer in his own right: https://elliotquartz.bandcamp.com/

@NUMAflex Felipe!!! Dude, what an unexpected surprise!  Really enjoyed our session and thank you so much for reaching out! Just to follow up on a few things that we talked about, this next week take some time to go through any projects you feel would work as a release making sure its music you've made and not a remix or by another producer. Again, you can do a single or 2 track ep, whichever you feel comfortable with. I normally suggest working on 1 maybe 2 max just so you can have enough time to put your all into each track. This will help establish a good routine so that the next tracks wont be as difficult. Once you have those picked out, feel free to send them to me during the week so I can listen and make notes, or we can do that in our next session, whatever you prefer.  Apart from that, feel free to send me anything or post about anything you'd like to discuss if you have any questions. Looking forward to the next meeting! Até mais!
